The program addressed the spectrum of simulation through keynote and group presentations, interactive workshops, hands-on sessions, pro-con debates and roundtable discussions. A variety of simulation methods was presented: from high tech to high touch.

Goals and Objectives
This three-day meeting focussedon the latest advances and innovations in medical simulation for assessment and training. The meeting also paid attention to the growing opportunities for multidisciplinary and multicenter collaboration. People were able to expand their knowledge about current and emerging insights in simulation-based research, curriculum and scenario design.
