The program addressed the spectrum of simulation through keynote and group presentations, interactive workshops, hands-on sessions, pro-con debates and roundtable discussions. A variety of simulation methods was presented: from high tech to high touch.

Goals and Objectives
This three-day meeting focussed on the latest advances and innovations in medical simulation for assessment and training. The meeting also paid attention to the growing opportunities for multidisciplinary and multi-center collaboration. People were able to expand their knowledge about current and emerging insights in simulation-based research, curriculum and scenario design.
